Ashley L. White joins the firm with more than a decade of experience representing municipalities, K-12 school districts, community college districts, higher education institutions, utility districts, and special districts.

She has served as lead counsel on a wide range of legal issues, including labor and employment, procurement, redistricting, public-private partnerships, local elections, and civil rights compliance under Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, and the ADA. Ashley regularly advises governing boards and elected officials on governance, open meetings, ethics, and regulatory compliance, and she has led numerous high-profile investigations for a variety of clients involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, and other misconduct.

Ashley began her career as an Assistant City Attorney in Corpus Christi and has since practiced with several Texas firms focused on the representation of government entities. In addition to her J.D., she earned a Master of Public Administration with highest distinction, giving her an unique perspective on the intersection of law, governance, and public policy that resonates with municipal clients. She is also a frequent presenter, conducting legal bootcamps, employment law trainings, and government transparency programs for public officials and employees.

Ashley is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas and remains active in her community through service on alumni and nonprofit boards.
