Drew Larkin brings over 18 years of specialized municipal law experience to his representation of Texas local governments, having served as city attorney and counsel to more than 30 municipalities across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and Greater Houston area.
His practice encompasses all areas of municipal law—with an emphasis on land use, real estate, and economic development—including guidance for planning and zoning commissions, zoning boards, and economic development corporations.
Drew possesses significant expertise in structuring and advising on complex economic development frameworks, regularly handling Chapter 380 Agreements, Tax Abatements, Tax Increment Financing, and Public Improvement Districts, as well as managing Type A and B Economic Development Corporations, Municipal Development Districts, and Municipal Management Districts.
