Kimberly Wyatt serves as the firm’s managing member of operations and lead tax counsel with an extensive background in public-private partnerships.

Kim also serves on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations as well as Executive Director for P3 Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to partnering with local communities and non-profits to structure and finance improvements in in affordable housing, education, healthcare and community-development projects across the nation.
